How long do I have to return?

Within 7 days of receiving the order, if you are not satisfied with it and would like to return any item, please contact our customer service team or by e-mail info@al-tayee.com or by contacting customer service via WhatsApp or Messenger , explaining:- order number.
- The name of the item you wish to return.
- Reason for return.
Returnable Items:-
- Unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging.
- Faulty items are damaged/broken during transit.
- Products purchased at a discount.
- Opened and used products.
- The expiry of any problem with the products that were discovered after 7 days of their delivery.
7 DAYS RETURN POLICY
You may return goods and receive a refund provided 7 days.
Fast Delivery
Delivery inside Amman within 48 hours and outside Amman within 72 hours.
Domestic Shipping
Is 3 JOD for orders less than 25 JOD and FREE for orders more than 25 JOD.
