Al-Tayee Company ensures complete confidentiality of all data provided. We have a single view that makes the customer experience: fast access to all products, placed orders and received communications on items , promotions or any other relevant content for visitors. At any time, customers can access their account and change their personal data.

Orders can be picked up at our warehouse between 9am and 4pm. However, you still need to place your order through our website so that we can prepare your order. As our website does not offer 'Pick Up' as ordering option you'd have to pay for shipping when you place your order and we will give you a full refund. Before coming to our warehouse please call first at +962795524245 to make sure that your order is ready. Translation is too long to be saved.

You represent and warrant that you (a) are above the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from the Site, (c) do not have more than one (1) account at any given time for the Site; (d) you will only provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information if you register for an account and/or Orders (defined below). If we believe or suspect that your information is not true, accurate, current or complete, or suspect fraudulent use of the site via any automated tools or otherwise, we may deny or terminate your access to the Site or Services (or any portion thereof) and (e) that you have full power and authority to enter into the Terms of Use and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.

These products are typically not in stock and special conditions apply. The lead time varies greatly depending on the product. The customer is advised to look for an email from customer service, after placing an order that includes a bulk special.

All products are usually in stock and readily available. However, although we are constantly increasing our inventories, it may happen that an item runs out-of-stock. Please advise us you desire the item back-ordered as out-of-stocks are not automatically back-ordered.
